Q: Why does the page
cover the whole screen?
A: There are generally two reasons:
1) You have the viewing window fully expanded
2) Your monitors resolution is set two low for proper viewing, i.e.,
resolution is set to 640x480 when it should be 800x600 or 1024x768.
Q: I can't get to any
of the other pages? The navigation is not working.
A: The sites navigation is JavaScript
based. Make sure that you have JavaScript turned on in
your browsers settings •
internet explorer for windows
MAC users do the following: Open Explorer, from the top bar select
Preferences> JAVA. Select the check box to enable Java. Close
Explorer. Reopen and that should do it.
Q: Why do I get a message
about secure and non-secure items?
A: Because the navigation at the top of the
page will take you out of the secure page and return you to the
"open" part of the site. When you are asked this question
select NO, this will take you to the secure page where all information
being sent is encrypted. You will also see the padlock in the bottom
status bar of your browser.
Q: When I press the
send button why do I receive a message telling me I am being redirected
to a non-secure page?
A: When you press the send button the information
you entered is sent via an encrypted message. The page that follows
contains a thank you message and sometimes additional information
to assist you. There is no need for this page to be secure because
no exchange of sensitive information is taking place.
Q: While filling out
an e-mail form I was unable to use some of the navigation selections
available, why is that?
A: We use a secure process to insure absolute
privacy for your protection when corresponding through the website.
In order to do this unsecured items are disabled. This includes
most of the navigation elements as they are java based and have
the potential to be unsecured. There are basic navigation links
at the bottom of every page that are immune to this effect.
Other problems and issues should be sent to the sites webmaster.
